Agnes W. Kamau serves as the Chief Executive Officer at BSR Hospital, where she leads with a deep commitment to excellence, compassion, and integrity in healthcare. With over 25 years of experience in leadership, human resources, and hospital administration, she brings a wealth of expertise in strategy, people management, and organizational growth.
Agnes holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at USIU. She is also a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (Kenya).
Throughout her career, Agnes has successfully developed people-centered policies, spearheaded transformative HR and operational initiatives, and led teams to deliver sustainable results. At BSR, she focuses on building a high-performing, patient-centered culture that empowers staff and enhances the quality of care.
